Please follow these guidelines and use a fabric tape measure to be certain you are ordering the right size. When you are taking measurements, wear as little or no clothing.

CHEST

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, including your shoulder blades, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.

WAIST

Run the tape around your natural waistline at the navel, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

HIP

Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
