  • After your return request has been approved you will receive an email with instructions:




Returns must be received within 30 days from delivery date.

  • Refund for items returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
  • Items placed with a discount of 50% or greater on previously marked down items, are sold as is and may not be returned for any reason.  There are no exceptions.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for shipping your return at your expenses with service provide tracking information like FedEx, UPS or Priority Mail.
  • All items returned to us must be in perfect condition with all original tags attached and must be free of any odor and/or stains. It is up to Jordan Taylor Inc. discretion to decide if the returned item(s) are in perfect condition or not. If it is not, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund process from the day we receive. You will see a refund back to your original form of payment within the next cycle period.
  • If your item(s) are returned past the 30-day window, it is up to Jordan Taylor Inc. discretion to accept the return. If it is accepted,  you will be issued a store credit for the price you pay.
  • All exchanges are processed as separate transaction. To process an exchange, you must place a new order online.
  • All clearance sales are final sale. No refunds will be issued 
  • There are no cash refunds. If clearance items are returned for a refund, they will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of $9.95 charged to the original credit card.
  • We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund.

Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be e-mailed to us within 48 hours of delivery at If an item has been damaged during the shipping process, please keep the damaged bag, take a picture and email to us to start the process, we will email you a return label for the damaged goods and damaged bag to be returned.

Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item. Fabric layout and placement of prints may also vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of a product.

As these are high-quality products, please be sure to care for your items as instructed on wash care label.

Hot tubs heavily chlorinated pools and lotions may cause yellowing or fading of a cover-up, these are not considered defects. Once a garment is worn, and the tags are removed, the item(s) may not be returned for any reason.

In the case of inaccurate information, we will do our best to make it right by offering an alternate option that will suit the customer's needs within reason.
